Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and drive strategic technology and business initiatives for a large-scale telecommunications environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals. Experience working with enterprise-scale clients and telecommunications organizations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program management activities across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and executive leadership.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies as required.
  • Monitor project health, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
  • Facilitate executive-level status reporting, governance meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
  • Coordinate vendor and third-party engagements where applicable.
  • Support organizational transformation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Program Management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasts, risks, and dependencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in Telecommunications environments (T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, Comcast, etc.).
  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or related certifications.
  • Experience with digital transformation, cloud migration, network modernization, or enterprise technology programs.
  • Experience working with large system integrators or consulting organizations.
