Overview

BlueWater Federal is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support the Joint Staff J6 Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation Office.

The mission focuses on improving interoperability between U.S. forces, Combatant Commands, Services, Agencies, and coalition mission partners through Mission Partner Environment (MPE) assessments, interoperability analysis, testing, standards evaluation, and coalition information-sharing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Program Manager in managing day-to-day contract execution and serve as acting PM when required.
  • Manage daily operations and task execution.
  • Coordinate activities across technical teams.
  • Track action items, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Support staffing, travel, and logistics planning.
  • Facilitate customer coordination meetings.
  • Monitor contract performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years Project/Program management experience.
  • Must have an active TS with SCI eligibility
  • Experience supporting military operational staffs.
  • PMP Preferred
