Amentum is seeking a Program Manager for a large-scale contract operated near the Riverside metro area.

We are pipelining candidates for a future contract award.

The candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Directs, coordinates and manages overall Task Order functions
  • Develops and implements strategies, policies, and procedures in the execution of this effort.
  • Evaluates overall Task Order management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensures effective coordination across different functional groups and areas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
  • Seven (7) years of managing large-scale DoD efforts
  • Experience managing dispersed workforce and diverse functions in support of large-scale DoD efforts
  • Familiarity with all Task Order functions
  • Familiarity with ISO 9000:2015
  • Possess an ITIL v4 ITIL 4 Managing Professional or a higher certification
  • Active TOP SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a TOP SECRET Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Experience effectively directing and managing contract functions involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks of similar size and scope to this program.
  • Experience with performance-based and award-fee contracts similar in size and scope to the requirements of this program

Work Environment:

  • This position is performed in a traditional office environment.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand and/or walk; handle or feel objects; and write. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, carry, stoop, kneel, climb, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

Hiring salary range is $190,000-$250,000 annually (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
