Job Overview:

Pay Range $75hr - $80hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 15+ years of program management experience, with extensive exposure to Pega platform implementations.
  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale Pega deployments in a program management role.
  • Strong understanding of Pega’s capabilities and how to leverage them across various business units.
  • Certification in Program Management Professional (PgMP) or PMP with a focus on technology implementations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management plans tailored to mitigate disruptions in Pega deployments within financial services and insurance operations.
  • Establish and monitor program control processes to ensure that Pega implementations meet regulatory, compliance, and quality standards specific to BCM and Insurance.
  • Coordinate with Pega system architects and developers to ensure strategic alignment and effective resource utilization across domain-specific workflows.
  • Provide executive reporting on the status of Pega projects, highlighting milestones, risks, and overall program health, with domain-specific insights and KPIs.
