About the Position: Oversees the planning, budgeting, and tracking of a diverse portfolio of public infrastructure and environmental restoration projects under civil works and Coastal Wetlands Planning, Protection and Restoration Act. This role coordinates funding, schedules, and financial reporting across federal and state partners to help ensure projects stay on track, comply with requirements, and support organizational goals.Qualifications:

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience.
One year of specialized experience which includes:1) planning, tracking, and managing program budgets, funding, and project schedules for civil works; AND 2) Analyzing financial and program data through automated project management and financial management systems; AND 3) Coordinating with internal and external team members providing guidance on budget and program management, and advising leadership on program status and resource needs.
Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.Education:This job does not have an education qualification requirement.Employment Type: OTHER
