Job Details
We are seeking a senior-level Program Manager to oversee complex aerospace and defense electronics manufacturing programs within a high-mix, low-volume environment. This role will manage customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive execution across multiple PCB manufacturing programs valued at $25M+.
Responsibilities
• Manage multiple customer programs within a complex PCB manufacturing environment
• Oversee schedules, deliverables, and customer communication across program lifecycles
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams
• Support production involving highly technical printed circuit board assemblies and testing processes
• Drive execution in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Travel up to 30% to customer sites as needed
Qualifications
• 7+ years of Program Management experience
• Experience managing large-scale manufacturing or defense-related programs
• Aerospace & Defense background strongly preferred
• Contract management experience
• Technical manufacturing background highly desired
• Experience in electronics, PCB manufacturing, or complex assemblies is a plus
• Bachelors Degree required
• Supervisory experience is a plus
