Become a Key Player as an Engineering Program Manager

You will lead end-to-end release readiness and engineering operations to ensure timely delivery of product capabilities for the client. You will work with engineering, product, and quality stakeholders across globally distributed teams to surface risks, drive decisions, and improve delivery processes. This is a Hybrid role (3 days onsite Tues–Thurs) with a preference for the San Jose, CA office.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Manage end-to-end release readiness processes including planning, execution tracking, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Quality Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and release of product capabilities
  • Drive operational processes around testing, validation, bug management, launch readiness, and post-release reviews
  • Maintain visibility into release health, testing status, and critical path dependencies
  • Build strong partnerships across globally distributed teams to facilitate decision-making and manage trade-offs
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes, workflows, and tools to increase team effectiveness and execution velocity
  • Drive accountability through clear ownership, action tracking, and operational rigor
Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role
  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Engineering Operations, Technical Program Management, or related roles
  • Experience managing complex engineering programs and product releases
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, testing processes, and engineering operations
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Engineering teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive results
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence/Wiki, and project tracking tools
  • Bachelor's degree
