ELEVATED CARE PROGRAM COORDINATOR

At Elevated Estate Planning, exceptional client service doesn't end when documents are signed. Through our Elevated Care Program, we provide ongoing guidance, support, and education that gives families lasting peace of mind.

We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and service-minded leader to oversee the Care Program, support the client service team, and ensure every member receives an exceptional experience.

What You'll Do

Lead the Elevated Care Program

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and continued growth of the Elevated Care Program.
  • Manage the member experience from enrollment through annual renewals.
  • Develop and improve workflows, service standards, and processes.
  • Identify opportunities to increase member engagement and program value.

Lead and Support the Team

  • Supervise, coach, and support the Elevated Care Benefits Administrator.
  • Delegate work, monitor performance, and provide feedback and guidance.
  • Partner with firm leadership on staffing, program goals, and process improvements.

Serve Our Members

  • Serve as a primary relationship manager and escalation point for Elevated Care members.
  • Respond to member questions by phone, email, and text with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
  • Handle sensitive or challenging conversations while maintaining a welcoming client experience.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation of client communications.

Manage Program Operations

  • Coordinate annual renewals, benefit administration, document review cycles, and member communications.
  • Plan and coordinate member workshops, events, newsletters, and educational materials.
  • Track participation, renewals, retention, service needs, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain program calendars, records, procedures, and reporting tools.
  • Protect client confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling personal, legal, and financial information.

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and shifting demands
  • An excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Comfortable spending significant time on the phone
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Airtable and Zoom is a plus
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to take ownership

Preferred Experience

  • Customer service, client success, program management, member services, or operations
  • Supervising, training, or mentoring employees
  • Managing recurring programs, renewals, events, communications, or administrative processes
  • Experience in legal, financial, healthcare, insurance, banking, or another professional service environment is helpful but not required
