  • Role Overview: 

The ET Senior Technical Program Manager II will lead high‑impact, enterprise‑scale Oracle‑centric initiatives across org’s technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving complex technical programs involving Oracle Fusion platforms, enterprise integrations, cloud migrations, and data‑driven execution. The TPM will partner closely with product, engineering, infrastructure, and executive leadership to ensure delivery excellence, operational efficiency, and scalable platform evolution in a fast‑growing, cloud‑first environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead large‑scale, cross‑functional technical programs focused on Oracle‑based platforms, enterprise systems, and integrations. 

Own the full program lifecycle, including planning, execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery. 

Drive complex Oracle Fusion initiatives such as migrations, integrations, and platform enhancements. 

Coordinate with product, design, engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure aligned execution. 

Identify and manage cross‑functional dependencies, prioritizing initiatives to minimize disruption to business operations. 

Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior and executive leadership using data‑driven insights. 

Drive standardization, execution rigor, and consistency across technical delivery processes. 

Support and strengthen Agile program management practices, including quarterly and annual planning. 

Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and continuous process improvements. 

Create clear executive‑level and team‑level narratives using metrics and data to influence decision‑making. 

Required Skills & Experience 

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field. 

7+ years of Technical Program Management experience in large, high‑velocity technology environments. 

Strong experience managing enterprise‑scale platforms, complex system migrations, and multi‑system integrations. 

Hands‑on experience managing Oracle‑centric programs (Oracle Fusion preferred). 

Strong understanding of large‑scale distributed systems and enterprise architectures. 

Experience with scripting languages and SQL for reporting, analysis, and program tracking. 

Familiarity with modern software development practices, including:  

Microservices architecture 

Containerization 

CI/CD pipelines 

Working knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures, including security frameworks. 

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data‑driven reporting. 

Proven ability to lead multiple programs across teams, organizations, and geographies. 

Self‑starter with the ability to create urgency and drive execution in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

Nice‑to‑Have Skills 

Deep hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion modules and enterprise ERP ecosystems. 

Experience supporting finance, supply chain, or data analytics platforms integrated with Oracle. 

Exposure to SaaS product environments and cloud‑native platform transformations. 

Experience working in hyper‑growth or product‑led technology organizations. 

Strong background in executive metrics, dashboards, and operational KPIs.
