This position is based at the West Hill Mall Offices, located at Two Financial Plaza, Huntsville, TX. Key responsibilities include:
Office Operationsmanages daily administrative functions including answering phone calls, routing messages, and responding to emails.
Data and Document Controldata entry, prepare official reports, and maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
You'd be a GOOD fit if:
