**What You'll Do:**
* **Manage Compliance Intake & Workflows:** Oversee the end-to-end intake process for payments compliance requests, ensuring proper triage, prioritization, and tracking of incoming global initiatives.
* **Drive Complex Product/Regulatory Sign-offs:** Facilitate and accelerate multi-stakeholder approval processes using internal tools, collaborating closely with Legal, Product, Engineering, and Regional Compliance teams.
* **Data Reporting & Dashboard Ownership:** Maintain and optimize internal dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), workflow velocity, and compliance metrics. Deliver regular, data-driven insights to leadership.
* **Internal Communications & Stakeholder Management:** Draft and distribute highly polished internal updates, including regular stakeholder newsletters, project trackers, and executive summaries to keep cross-functional partners aligned.
* **Operational Excellence:** Efficiently manage a high volume of tasks and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring zero slippage on critical compliance timelines.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
* **Experience:** 4+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally within compliance, legal, fintech, banking, or a similarly complex, highly regulated environment.
* **Workflow Mastery:** Proven experience managing high-volume intake systems and driving complex, multi-tiered sign-off/approval processes across cross-functional teams.
* **Data & Analytics:** Proficiency in data reporting, spreadsheet management, and dashboard maintenance (e.g., spreadsheet tools, data visualization tools).

* **Insider Knowledge:** Prior experience working within a large technology company or deep familiarity with internal tools, infrastructure, and processes for approvals and workflow management.
