Job description

We are seeking a Program Manager to support the launch and expansion of new customer-facing delivery offerings within Amazon's Sub-Same Day (SSD) delivery network. This role sits at the intersection of operations, science, tech, and customer experience - driving new speed and precision capabilities from pilot through network-wide scale. You will be responsible for ensuring new offerings launch on time, meet operational performance targets, and deliver measurable customer value.

This is a high-visibility role that requires comfort operating in ambiguity, managing cross-functional dependencies, and translating operational complexity into clear execution plans.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive site-level launch execution for new customer delivery offerings, managing readiness milestones, stakeholder alignment, and go/no-go decisions for new site activations
- Own and maintain program-level trackers for operational performance, cost glidepaths, and recovery timelines across pilot and expansion sites
- Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across fulfillment, delivery, science, and tech teams to ensure launch sequencing aligns with capability deployment timelines
- Manage the operational readiness process for new site launches including labor planning, capacity assessments, and process validation
- Develop and maintain mechanisms (WBRs, launch retrospectives, escalation paths) to surface risks early and drive resolution across teams
- Support leadership reviews by preparing data-driven narratives on pilot performance, cost economics, and expansion readiness
- Track and report on customer experience metrics including adoption rates, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction signals across new offerings
