Join Our Team as a Floating Program Manager!
Innovative Care Services is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and licensed Floating Program Manager to support our Residential Facilities. As a Float Program Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations in the absence of a permanent Program Manager. This position provides flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to various programs across different locations.
Position: Full-time Floating Program Manager
Location: Community-Based Residential Facility (CBRF) or Adult Family Home (AFH) Green Bay and Appleton areas.
Shifts Available: Full-time, primarily 1st shift with night, weekend, and on-call responsibilities. Flexibility to work any shift is required, including nights, weekends, and overnights.
Compensation: $22.00- $23.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
As a Floating Program Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential facility, assuming the Program Manager role on an interim basis. This can include responsibilities such as covering for vacancies, extended leaves, or expansion. You'll serve as both a Program Manager and Floating Caregiver, helping wherever needed. In addition, you will be involved in project management, process improvement, and supporting the Administrator in the growth and development of the program.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Interim Program Manager (60%): Lead and manage the assigned residential program, ensuring the well-being of both clients and staff. Supervise staff, assist with personal care, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Interim Float DSP (30%): Provide direct care support in various locations across the NE Region, ensuring clients receive the attention and care they need.
  • Project Work (10%): Support the Administrator with program evaluations, quality reviews, initiative implementation, and process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Additional Duties:
  • Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintain the cleanliness of the facility.
  • Be available 24/7, either by phone or in person, to respond to emergency situations and ensure staff coverage when serving as Interim Program Manager.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
  • Comprehensive Benefits: We offer health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a 401K plan with yearly company match (eligible after 90 days), Loan forgiveness, Tuition discounts, an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), paid time off, and growth opportunities within the company.
  • Flexibility: A great opportunity for caregivers who thrive in a dynamic, changing environment, working in multiple programs and locations.
  • Make a Real Difference: Lead teams and provide care that improves the lives of individuals with disabilities in a positive and supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualifications: Must have a High School Diploma.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience, or 5 years of hands-on caregiving experience.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and state-required car insurance is essential.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
