Position : Scrum Master
Location : Brooklyn, OH (Onsite)
Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr on W2
Duration: 12+ months
Position Summary
The organization is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams working on solutions for commercial banking and payment services, including ACH, Positive Pay, Treasury Services, and payment processing platforms. The Scrum Master will collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to facilitate Agile practices, promote team accountability, remove obstacles, and ensure the timely delivery of business value through effective Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and coach multiple Scrum teams in Agile and Scrum practices.

  • Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

  • Foster self-organizing, collaborative teams focused on delivering business outcomes.

  • Partner with Product Owners to support backlog management and Sprint goal alignment.

  • Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments affecting team delivery.

  • Promote adoption of Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate dependencies and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and improve Scrum processes while minimizing external distractions.

  • Support Agile project planning, release readiness, and delivery transparency.

  • Facilitate effective communication among business, product, technology, and operations partners.



Required Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting multiple Agile teams.

  • Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, Agile development methodologies, and Agile delivery practices.

  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams.

  • Experience removing impediments and driving continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of Agile project management and release management practices.

  • Excellent facilitation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile toolsets.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master certification.

  • Experience in commercial banking, treasury management, payments, ACH, Positive Pay, or related financial services domains.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment.

  • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams and business stakeholders.
