Job description

We’re seeking a Clinical Research Manager to help shape the future of our research operations. This is a rare opportunity to join a newly launched site with multiple active and upcoming clinical trials and play a key leadership role as we grow. Schedule: Monday through Friday (on-site/85008)

What You'll Do:

- Manage day-to-day operations of clinical trials from study start-up through closeout

- Ensure studies are conducted in compliance

- Oversee participant recruitment, enrollment, retention, and study documentation

- Monitor study timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met

- Review and approve source documentation, regulatory binders, and case report forms for accuracy and completeness

- Ensure accurate maintenance of regulatory documents and study records.

- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development

Skills and Experience:

- Minimum 3 years of clinical research experience is highly preferred

- Advanced knowledge and experience with GCP/ICH and local regulations

- Experience in web-based data collection applications, knowledge of key areas for compliance

- Strong communication skills as single point of contact for investigator

- Experience managing multiple studies simultaneously is highly preferred

- Certified Clinical Research Professional preferred
