SOSi is seeking a Program Manager to join our team in Fort Gordon, GA. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within our organization, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership abilities and a knack for problem-solving.
Essential Job Duties
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring all projects are completed within financial constraints.
  • Track and report on project performance, using key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Active in scope DoD Top Secret clearance.
  • PMI Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • MA/MS with 10yrs of experience or a BA/BS with 12yrs of experience.
  • Minimum five years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
