Here’s a preview of what you’ll be working on as a Program Manager:

· Working in an office environment, you’ll be making the magic happen by supporting the execution of customer programs across aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced industrial markets. Working alongside senior program leadership, you will assist in coordinating projects from contract award through delivery, ensuring alignment across cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams, offering an excellent opportunity to grow program management skills within a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Brief job summary:

· Support Program Managers with the day-to-day execution of assigned programs, including coordinating schedules, deliverables, and internal resources

· Communicate with customers to provide status updates and ensure strong ongoing relationships

· Track and report on program performance metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, and cost

· Assist with contract administration activities such as scope tracking and change management

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain) to ensure alignment and timely execution

· Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning efforts

· Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and customer-facing updates, while maintaining accurate documentation in ERP/MRP and program management systems

· Participate in program reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

· Program Management or Project Coordination experience is a must

· Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams

· Basic understanding of program/project management principles with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with ERP/MRP systems or project management tools is a plus

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, with 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or a manufacturing environment

· Internship or co-op experience in aerospace, defense, or manufacturing industries is a plus

· Familiarity with AS9100 or regulated environments is beneficial

· Interest in additive manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing industries

· PMP certification not required; interest in pursuing certification is a plus
