Project Overview: Client is undergoing an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) transformation that includes the implementation of new systems and processes. Client is looking for an energetic, organized, and experienced Project Manager to support coordination across and ensure quality within different projects related to our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation that impact the Canals Corporation.

This contract role will report to the ERP Program Manager and a dotted to the Canals Strategic Projects Director. Collaborate with core project teams and provide project and program management services that will lead to successful development and implementation of a variety of initiatives ranging from software, process and policy updates across the Canals Corporation. Need to be strategic-thinking and have a problem-solving mindset, along with the ability to establish connections and build trust by fostering relationships.

This role will work closely with multiple parties, including but not limited to, the system integrator, internal training departments, OCM, SMEs, and leadership. System training includes, but is not limited to, SAP S4 HANA, Ivalua and Workday. Responsibilities Manage projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Engage business stakeholders across the business to understand and understand needs, develop guidance, and train on new processes and procedures Work with Change Management resources to ensure change impact & benefit assessments are completed where required, and implementation plans are developed and delivered with end users needs in mind.
