Job Description

  • We are seeking a Program Management Lead to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in governance, delivery management, and multi-project coordination within complex operations and a proven ability to drive vendor migrations, operating model transitions, and process improvements to defined outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead program management across a portfolio of operational and transformation initiatives.
  • Establish governance structures, project plans, RAID logs, reporting frameworks, and delivery cadence.
  • Drive accountability and execution discipline across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain alignment to timelines, dependencies, deliverables, and program objectives.
  • Identify, escalate, and help resolve risks, blockers, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Independently facilitate governance forums, working sessions, steering meetings, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level status updates, reporting, and program communications.
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across business, operations, technology, and vendor teams.
  • Oversee coordination of a mid-scale vendor migration and service transition initiative.
  • Partner with vendor teams and internal stakeholders to drive readiness and transition execution.
  • Establish structure, reporting rigor, and operating cadence for successful delivery.
  • Support future-state operating model execution and alignment across teams.
  • Support onboarding of platforms, modules, workflows, and operational capabilities.
  • Coordinate process improvement and workflow transformation initiatives.
  • Assess current-state operating models and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate discussions, clarify requirements, and drive follow-through across workstreams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of project or program management in operations, transformation, implementation, or organizational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple interconnected projects within complex environments.
  • Strong governance expertise, including planning, reporting, dependency and RAID management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proven ability to independently run programs, lead forums, influence stakeholders, and maintain momentum.
  • Effective written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to rapidly understand operational processes, identify gaps, and drive resolution.
  • Degree not required. Role is not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in alternative investments or financial services operations.
  • Business analysis and requirements facilitation experience.
