Construction Project Manager

A well-established and highly respected construction firm is looking to add a Project Manager to their team. This organization specializes in complex building envelope and exterior construction projects across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

They are known for their technical expertise, strong execution, and ability to deliver high-quality projects in challenging environments.

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination between internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects
  • Oversee budgets, cost control, and financial tracking
  • Develop and maintain project schedules
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
