Job Description

As aย  Project Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful execution of our aerospace projects. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Project Coordination:ย Efficiently coordinate multidisciplinary teams involved in our complexeย projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  2. Client Relationship Management:ย Cultivate strong client relationships by providing exemplary service and acting as a bridge between the clients and our organization, fostering trust and satisfaction.
  3. Workload Definition:ย Clearly define project workloads, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring a structured approach to project management.
  4. Financial Oversight:ย Take charge of financial aspects by managing project P&L and cash flow, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  5. Risk Analysis and Mitigation:ย Identify potential project risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  6. Quality Assurance:ย Uphold the highest standards of quality in project deliverables, continuously striving to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Engineering in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

  • Experience in the aeronautics, defence and/or Embedded software industries
  • Knowledge of the V-shaped software development cycle and Agile software development methodologies
  • Exposure toย standard DO-254 (DO-178B/C as an asset)
  • Experience in managing a multidisciplinary team, and suppliers
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word and PPT)
  • Well organized and effective at time management
  • Able to positively influence colleagues and customers to achieve desired results
  • Good interpersonal skills/ comfortable being in front of customers
