Through hands-on learning in coding, robotics, engineering, computational thinking, artificial intelligence, and digital literacy, we equip young people with the skills they need to thrive in the future workforce.As we continue to grow-including the launch of our SPARK AmeriCorps program-we are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of our educational programs and help build the operational excellence that will support our next stage of growth.About the RoleThis is not a program coordinator position.The Program Manager serves as the operational leader responsible for delivering high-quality STEM programming across multiple communities while leading the implementation of Kids in Tech's AmeriCorps program.You'll oversee program operations, supervise staff, strengthen partnerships with schools and community organizations, ensure grant and AmeriCorps compliance, improve systems and processes, and drive continuous program improvement.
