Job Description

Required Qualifications
4-6 years of project management experience supporting Identity & Access Management initiatives.
Demonstrated experience delivering IAM transformation or modernization programs in enterprise environments.
Hands on project management experience with Okta Identity and Access Management.
Proven experience managing third party vendors, including PM to PM coordination of tasks and dependencies.
Strong ability to manage ambiguity, identify risks and dependencies early, and drive execution without complete information.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing Okta Identity Governance capabilities (e.g., access requests, approvals, certifications).
Local to Tempe, AZ, with the ability to be on site twice per week.
Experience supporting security, identity, or compliance driven technology initiatives.
