**About the Role**As Program Manager, uBecome Intern Experience & Community, you will own and evolve Uber's intern experience strategy across the full internship lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement through conversion and long-term community connection. This role is responsible for designing and delivering a high-impact, inclusive, and scalable intern experience that strengthens Uber's early talent brand and creates meaningful connection to the company well beyond the internship.You will partner closely with University Recruiting, business leaders, intern managers, mentors, People Operations, onboarding teams, Brand, and Communications to deliver exceptional programming, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes. You will also help shape how interns experience Uber, how they represent the brand externally, and how alumni remain engaged as future hires, advocates, and ambassadors.**What You'll Do**- Own the strategy and planning of the uBecome intern experience in the Americas (NAMER & LATAM) across the full lifecycle, including onboarding, programming, engagement, and conversion- Design and deliver scalable, high-quality programming that creates a meaningful, inclusive, and memorable intern experience aligned to business priorities and regional needs- Partner with uBecome Recruiting and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistency and strategic alignment across intern programming, communications, and experience design- Develop and lead onboarding, trainings, and enablement resources for interns, managers, and mentors to strengthen readiness and program success- Build and manage key communications for interns, managers, and mentors, including onboarding guidance, key dates, learning content, events, and program updates- Partner with business leaders across functions to create immersive, hands-on learning experiences that help interns understand Uber's work, culture, and impact- Introduce and scale innovative program elements such as peer learning pods, manager toolkits, impact projects, mentorship circles, and cross-regional showcases- Lead intern engagement strategies that foster belonging, connection, and community throughout the program- Use survey feedback, program data, and stakeholder insights to continuously improve intern satisfaction, learning outcomes, and conversion results- Oversee key operational components of the intern experience, including coordination with onboarding and People Operations partners to ensure a seamless experience from pre-boarding through offboarding- Partner with Brand and Communications teams to strengthen storytelling around the intern experience and elevate Uber's employer brand through authentic, intern-led content- Launch and manage programs that enable interns to serve as brand ambassadors across social platforms and university communities- Build and grow the uBecome alumni community by creating meaningful touchpoints for former interns and early career talent- Partner with regional and campus recruiting teams to activate alumni as mentors, advocates, and potential future hires- Stay informed on market trends, competitor practices, and emerging ideas in early talent programming, intern engagement, and community building to help Uber stay ahead**Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- 4+ years of experience in program management, recruiting operations, university recruiting, early talent, people programs, or a related field- Experience owning and delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders and moving parts- Strong project and program management skills, including planning, execution, prioritization, and risk management- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Experience using data, feedback, and reporting to identify insights and drive program improvements- Ability to build trusted cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders at multiple levels- Demonstrated ability to operate independently, solve problems, and adapt in a fast-paced environment**Preferred Qualifications**- Experience in university recruiting, internship programming, early career development, or talent brand initiatives- Experience designing inclusive engagement programs, learning experiences, or community-building initiatives- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions through insight, credibility, and collaboration- Experience partnering with Brand, Communications, People Operations, or business leaders on cross-functional initiatives- Strong attention to detail with a high bar for candidate and employee experience- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for building programs that are both operationally sound and engaging- Experience managing regional or global programs with an eye toward consistency and local relevance- Passion for early talent, community building, and creating experiences that drive long-term connection to UberFor San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$114,000 per year - USD$127,000 per year.You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp
