Objectives of this role
Conduct detailed business process mapping and documentation, emphasizing automation opportunities and AI/agent-based enablement.
Translate business process insights into structured requirements, decision points, and inputs that support automation and AI-driven solutions.
Design and recommend optimized processes and workflows that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer and employee experiences.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on process changes and implement process improvement initiatives.
Evaluate end-to-end processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Support the design of scalable, repeatable business processes that enable automation and intelligent workflow execution.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and adoption of process improvements through effective communication and influence.
Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements based on performance outcomes and business needs.
Contribute to the development and refinement of processes, systems, and automation-enabled products.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or a related field.
