We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager II.

Located onsite at Chesapeake, VA.

This posting is intended to identify qualified candidates for current and future opportunities that may be contingent upon contract award, funding approval, or position availability. Duties:

  • Oversee projects or programs from planning to completion, ensuring goals are met on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate teams, manage timelines, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 10 years' experience with program/projects.
  • 8 years of direct work experience to include: design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of relevant technical field.
  • Experience shall include supervising project personnel, and/or team scheduling work, writing proposals, and/or preparing bids.
  • Experience ordering and /or transporting equipment and material.
  • Individuals shall have knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD Procurement policies and procedures and individuals shall have written and oral communication abilities commensurate with this management role.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
