This is a hybrid role.  2-3 days at the Administrative Building in downtown Dallas.  This is NOT serving IT or Tech focused teams.  The key stakeholders are HR Administration and Senior Leadership.   About Us

Job Summary

The HR Program Manager 2 designs, implements, and manages HR programs and initiatives. This includes building relationships with key stakeholders, communication and education initiatives, and overseeing programs and policies to align with HR strategy and business goals.

Essential Functions of the Role
  • Serve as manager on key strategic initiatives, daily administration, or projects. Manage plans, deliverables, and key milestones supporting the organization's mission, vision, and values. Serve as a subject matter expert for functional area programs and processes.
  • Builds internal and external relationships. Coordinates, collaborates and partners with and guides efforts cross-functionally to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develops reports to support functional area strategic initiatives and processes.
  • Manages, monitors and reviews budget expenses to include all administration fees and claims.
  • Manages RFP processes with outside vendors and serves as a primary point of contact on vendor management issues.
  • Monitors and provides oversight of contracts, working with Legal, as needed.
  • Guides functional area; drives and manages the process for annual programs.
  • Manages mergers and acquisition efforts including integration of programs.
  • Manages the development of HRIS integration efforts for functional area.
  • Oversees the communication of annual plans, partnering with Marketing and outside vendors, as needed.
  • Assists leadership in designing programs strategically through data analysis and evaluation. Identifies cost containment opportunities from a budget perspective. Supports the organization's enterprise goals.
