The Branch Manager II has an increased level complexity and scope of responsibility which includes location-based metrics such as branch traffic, people managed, insurance premiums sold, Member acquisition and Member count. This role contributes to and executes business strategies designed to boost the positioning and sales of AAA products and services, by strategically enhancing growth, profitability, customer loyalty, and employee performance within the branch.*This is an onsite role, working full time at our Las Vegas Aliante Branch (Northern Las Vegas), including Saturdays.*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSManages the day-to-day operations of a medium-sized branch or two small branches. Accountable for the revenue and profitability of assigned location(s).Responsible for the direct management and achievement of sales targets for all AAA products within the branch, including those sold through other customer channels.Develops and implements strategies to drive growth objectives, focusing on new business development and market penetration against competitors. Identifies and forecasts opportunities through the analysis of internal data and branch performance statistics.Determines distribution strategy, including the necessary staffing and support requirements, to execute business plans and achieve branch objectives..Initiates and supports actions to resolve issues within the branch, develops effective solutions across various business segments.Responsible for hiring, coaching and developing team members.
