Participate as a member of the regional TPM Community of Practice (CoP), sharing best practices and driving the organization to high performance. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain environment 2-3 years of experience in CI Systems methodology including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and/or project management certified Experience in coaching and leading cross-functional teams, especially in productivity efficiency and loss elimination (Root Cause Analysis, Kaizen, PDCA) projects Working knowledge of TPM (Operational excellence and lean manufacturing) and HPO principles and methodology (5S, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Visual Management, Kaizen, Organizational Design) Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to set a vision, manage change, develop others and strategically plan for continuous improvement. Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and influence at all levels of the organization Immigration Sponsorship is not offered for this position Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Logistics, Science or Business 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing, supply chain environment 3-5 years leading TPM implementation and lean six sigma in a manufacturing setting Strong financial acumen with costing background Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified Experience leading process improvement projects for chemical processes Proven experience driving culture change using sound change management methodology Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $96,700.00 - $145,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
