Position Summary... What you'll do...Join a team that sits at the center of business execution—turning strategy into clear plans, scalable processes, and high-quality digital content that helps associates and stakeholders move faster. In this role, you’ll lead and support projects  at multiple sites/clusters and improvement programs end-to-end, removing blockers, driving adoption, and ensuring initiatives land smoothly across the business. What You’ll Do
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, setting priorities, removing barriers, and measuring progress against performance standards.
  • Lead and develop associates by hiring/selecting, training, mentoring, assigning work, setting expectations, providing feedback, and recognizing performance to build a strong, team-based environment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and initiatives by partnering with stakeholders, gathering input, and applying improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects by defining scope, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and governance; tracking changes; managing risks/issues; monitoring budgets; and providing routine status reporting and presentations.
  • Lead content management initiatives by prioritizing requests, building and maintaining tools/templates/resources, guiding platform best practices, and ensuring content quality and governance alignment.
  • Improve processes and drive behavior change by analyzing performance baselines, simplifying workflows, developing sustainable solutions, aligning cross-functional partners, and managing post-implementation improvements tied to metrics.
