Executive Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and polished professional to support senior leadership in a dynamic environment. This contract position is based in Merrifield, VA, and requires full-time onsite presence. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, communications, and logistics, utilizing general office software and tools for efficiency.

Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize time effectively. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, ensuring all materials are organized and available. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism. Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports accurately. Support operational processes and improve administrative efficiency.

Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in executive-level administrative support. Experience managing complex calendars and handling confidential information.
