Job Summary:
In this role, you'll work closely with a supportive team while learning the ins and outs of the Surety Bond space. You'll help with day-to-day tasks like preparing and processing bonds, supporting client accounts, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll have guidance from experienced Account Managers and Producers while you build your confidence and skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation, processing, and execution of bid, final, and commercial bonds
  • Assist with bond renewals, cancellations, close-outs, and premium audits within assigned authority
  • Maintain and update client bond files, financial records, and documentation in internal systems
  • Request, collect, and follow up on underwriting and financial documentation
  • Coordinate routine requests with surety carriers under direction of Account Manager
  • Assist in communicating bond status updates and routine service information to clients and producers
  • Prepare routine correspondence and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and compliant filing systems
  • Provide administrative support to Account Managers, Account Executives, and the Surety team
  • Support workflow efficiency through daily service and administrative tasks
  • Participate in team initiatives, training, and special projects as assigned
  • Continue development of surety knowledge, system proficiency, and service skills
