What You'll Do:
  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the assigned site, ensuring consistent excellence in service delivery.
  • Supervise direct support staff and support the implementation of programs tailored to individuals' needs.
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, safety, and licensing regulations, fostering a homelike and secure environment.
  • Attend and actively participate in individual treatment planning meetings, documenting outcomes and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, external agencies, and team members to coordinate care and services.
  • Oversee transportation logistics, including scheduling and vehicle safety.
  • Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Support budget oversight, quality inspections, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare safety standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
