Job description

LaSalle Network has partnered with an organization looking to hire a Sr. Program Manager, Direct Mail for a contract opportunity until the end of 2026! This role will be a hybrid role in Wilmington, DE. Candidates must be able to go onsite.
The Sr. Program Manager supports direct mail acquisition strategies for card products. This role develops print collateral and guides end-to-end execution of direct marketing campaigns. You will partner closely with internal business teams and creative agencies to produce accurate, compliant, and on-time campaign materials within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
You will manage budget and operational constraints, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure all campaigns meet enterprise and legal standards. Each campaign requires an analytical approach to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and improve performance. The role also contributes to creative strategy, expense management, and future planning.
Sr. Program Manager, Direct Mail Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute print marketing materials aligned to CXO/LOB strategies to support offer communication and account acquisition.
  • ???????Partner with internal teams (CXO, LOB, List Management, Production, Agencies) to ensure accurate, efficient, and standards-based execution.
  • Recommend and implement process, expense, and performance improvements to strengthen business results.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign activities, ensuring all specifications are accurate and deliverables are executed flawlessly.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise, legal, and campaign processes, maintaining strong controls and adherence to standards.
  • Present creative recommendations, testing insights, results, and hypotheses to decision-making and campaign optimization.

Sr. Program Manager, Direct Mail Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated marketing expertise.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships and influence key stakeholders.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on efficiency, control, and risk reduction.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to learn and master proprietary marketing systems/software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $60.00-$70.00/hr
