About the Position: This position is located within the US Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, Planning, Programs, and Project Management Division, with duty in Huntington, WV.Qualifications:Who May Apply: Only applicants who meet one of the employment authority categories below are eligible to apply for this job. GS-13 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: Planning and scheduling work to be accomplished and coordinate work of employees; program management of a project portfolio(s), devising strategies to realize defined program objectives to achieve programmatic goals; AND direct the development, preparation, and submission of programs and program data for budgetary proposals. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Time in Grade Requirement for GS-13: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).Education:Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience above in order to qualify.
