is seeking a passionate Program Manager (PM) who will be responsible for cyber defense operations, monitoring, threat analysis, incident response, and management of security tools supporting a live security operations center (SOC).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The PM provides strategic oversight of cyber defense and monitoring missions, ensuring high‑quality security operations.

  • Oversees SOC operations, incident management frameworks, and service delivery excellence.
  • Serves as strategic engagement point with DoS leadership for cyber response capabilities.
  • Ensures resources meet mission demands for monitoring, response, threat hunting, and intelligence.
Operations & Tasks Overseen

  • Daily reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries
  • SIEM tuning and monitoring optimization
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in federal SECOPS program management.
  • A PMP certification is recommended.
  • A CISSP, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, IR playbooks, forensics workflow.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance)

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field. A Master's degree in any field is preferred.
