Job description

SUMMARY Responsible for creating quotes using designated software programs for service and regional territory managers. Create proposals to help educate DDP customers to understand the roofing project. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Communicate with technicians and regional territory reps to build accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Utilize estimating software to build quotes based on information gathered on site.
  • Communicate with manufacturers/vendors to confirm and verify technical specifications and product costs.
  • Provide scope of work to be included in proposal for a deliverable to customer.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing questions and providing updates on estimate status.
  • Manage and update cost databases, project files and other wiring documents to assure accuracy.
  • Stay current with the latest roofing materials, systems and construction techniques through continued learning.
QUALIFICATIONS Ability to read and understand blueprints preferred. College Diploma preferred. Excellent communication skills. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Maintains a valid driver's license, and auto insurance to operate a company vehicle. Must be available to work legally in the USA. PREMIER BENEFITS
