Job description

Responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing and evaluating the services offered at Waterford Place.  The coordinator assists to actively develop new and existing programs to serve the needs of the community.  Supports the Administrative Assistant and Program Manager to ensure support to clients is available and participates in community events and philanthropic activities.

Position Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.
  • Minimum of two years of professional experience in program development, program coordination, healthcare, nonprofit services, community engagement, or a related field.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently while maintaining strict confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, supportive oncology, nonprofit, wellness, or community-based programming.
  • Experience with program evaluation, outreach, participant engagement, and partnership development.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
