These positions will primarily be aligned to our major Commercial hubs: Midland, MI, Houston, TX, Collegeville, PA, & Marietta, GA. Virtual office may be an option for certain roles and additional locations may become available based on evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manageaccountportfolios and prepare and implement sales plans, delivering business goals of volume and value.
  • Build relationships at all levels of the customer, includingexecutive, to drive collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Lead and conduct negotiations, developing long term contract agreements, following Dow guidelines and legal requirements according to each region and country.
  • Lead and manageaccountteam to show continuous improvement and information sharing.
  • Mentor others, helping to develop skills of less experienced sellers.
  • Assistthe customer and internal stakeholders in understanding the greater financial implications and nuances of decisions and alternatives.
  • Serve on cross-functionalproductand marketing teams whereappropriate todrive overarching business performance.
  • Summarize key innovation gaps in portfolio based on customer feedback and help drive marketing and technical teams towards meeting those needs.
  • Understand the broader Dow portfolio andis able toconnect the dots and represent "One Dow" to customers through sustainability,inclusionand innovation efforts.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
  • A minimum requirement fortheseU.S. based positionsis the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
