Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Senior Program Manager. This role is hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Program Manager to support our large enterprise Program in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This role requires a strategic leader who can balance program governance, coordination, and execution while ensuring polished, executive-ready communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the Program, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple project managers and a Scrum Master
* Work closely with (Manager) and the leadership team to provide high-quality program updates and ensure deliverables meet executive standards; Also, be able to jump in and directly manage projects as needed
* Develop, refine, and present program status reports that can be shared up to the GVP and VP level
* Governance & Execution: Potentially take on governance responsibilities, ensure adherence to processes, and get in the weeds when needed-such as developing detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, and identifying impacted teams
* Act as a central point of coordination, chasing down PMs, ensuring alignment, and setting up key meetings to keep the program on track
* Leverage strong presentation skills to effectively communicate program updates and risks to stakeholders
* Navigate team dynamics and organizational politics with diplomacy and strategic awareness
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as an IT Program Manager, preferably in telecommunications, or fraud prevention
* Ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams, ensuring seamless execution and communication
* Strong expertise in program governance, project planning, risk management, and reporting
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering updates to executive leadership
* Ability to influence, chase down tasks, and drive accountability across teams
* Comfort with fast-paced, high-visibility work environments requiring adaptability and precision

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
