Program Manager - Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Full-time or part-time opportunities available

Location: Waterford at Plymouth - Plymouth, WI and Lincoln Village - Port Washington, WI Setting: Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient Lovely communities - work with higher functioning residents Schedule: 2 partial days in Plymouth and 2-3 days a week in Port Washington, Monday to Friday, no weekends, no evenings, flexible, up to 30 hours/week

Qualifications:

  • Current license or ability to obtain as a therapist/assistant in the state of practice
