What you will do:

Senior IT Implementation Manager (Service / Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for directing and optimizing the implementation teams in delivering all prioritized work in the Commercial HVAC Business Unit tied to the Service / Sales & Marketing / Digital / eCommerce Portfolio of products: undefined Lead Acquisition & Mgt Opportunity Mgt CRM Asset & Customer Mgt eCommerce & Customer/Partner Portal Digital Offerings (Subscription & Billing Mgt) Case Mgt / Service Tech Support Field Service Planning & Scheduling Field Service Technician Tools (XOI, Quick Quotes, Climate Labs, etc.) Service Financial Mgt Warranty Mgt (Falcon, Tavant) Product & Sales Process Documentation Management (Jive/Hub) Service & Product Renewal Management (RNEWAL, ERP, etc.). This role requires a strong focus on facilitating employee performance, growth and development, oversight of project execution and product continuous improvement. The Senior IT Implementation Manager will play a critical role in driving implementation success defined by delivering efficient and reliable solutions according to the forecasted budget and schedule (High levels of accuracy in “Say-do”).

Responsibilities:
  • Implement performance management strategies to proactively support and uplift team members, ensuring effective evaluation and continuous improvement of their performance.
  • Plan and execute compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate HR policies and procedures within the team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and support career progression opportunities and development plans.
  • Foster a culture of talent growth and development through mentorship, training programs, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
  • Lead the hiring process, including identifying staffing needs, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Promote employee engagement by facilitating communication, addressing concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Manage workload to ensure work-life balance and support team members in finding effective solutions.
  • Develop and communicate a clear vision for IT projects and feature/enhancement work, aligning with business objectives and emerging technologies and trends.
  • Collaborate with Business Strategic Partners for the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps, long-range plans (LRP), and annual operation planning (AOP) to effectively allocate resources and prioritize initiatives.
  • Oversee the sourcing of third-party licenses and manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and supplemental staff.
  • Review and execute consultant statements of work (SOW), manage contracts, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Provide leadership in the execution of projects and CI work, ensuring alignment with the established vision and milestones.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity and data protection.
  • Assist with project escalation, troubleshooting and problem resolution, ensuring project objectives are achieved.
  • Ensure that the operating model is well documented and always evolving to continue getting better at achieving our goals of More accurate forecasting Quicker turn‑around times Higher levels of quality Adherence to standard work as well as mentoring/coaching individuals in the same are keys to success.
What you will bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in Salesforce will be considered a big advantage although not required.
  • 10 years of experience in managing people, projects, and business relationships within an IT organization.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
  • $146,521.66 - $204,609.99
