In this role, you will partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities where automation can deliver meaningful business impact and lead the design, development, and implementation of those solutions. In this role, you will work with teams from across the organization to identify opportunities, determine where intelligent automation tools, such as autonomous agents, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vibe Coding, can add the most value and then lead the implementation of those solutions. This role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, designing scalable solutions, and leading the implementation of intelligent automation tools across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities: AI Roadmap: Evaluate, select, and manage the implementation of AI and other automation solutions. Process Architecture Maps:Map out complex business processes and identify inefficiencies, data silos, and manual bottlenecks that are ripe for automation. Solution Strategy:Identify which tools (AI or otherwise) are best suited for speeding processes.

Estimate the value of the proposed solution based on cost, speed, and reliability. Rapid Prototyping & Deployment:Build and iterate solutions using AI and other development tools to create seamless, automated loops. Data Governance & Security:Ensure that all implementations follow strict data privacy standards and that "hallucinations" or errors are mitigated through robust testing and human checkpoints.

Performance Analytics: Develop dashboards to track automation performance to show the "Before vs. After" in terms of time saved and output quality. Mentor and Coach: Partner with the business' functional experts to increase knowledge and utilization of automation tools.

Lifecycle Management: Provide production-level support for all in-scope solutions Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviors: AI Fluency: Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, LLM parameters, and the current agentic AI ecosystem. Analytical Mindset:Proven ability to translate messy, manual business processes into clean, structured data flows. Systems Integration:Experience connecting AI to legacy business systems.

A working knowledge of business systems, such as Epicor, and collaboration tools, such as Google Workspace. Development:Proficiency in Python and other languages, familiarity with delivering solutions using Generative AI and other automation tools, and expertise in UX creation. Soft Skills:Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

Customer service oriented. Self-motivated and self-directed. Bachelor's degree in information technologies related field or equivalent experience.
