Job Overview:

Pay Range: $65.00hr - $70.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Proven SAP Project Management experience leading large-scale ERP/SAP transformation programs.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage executive-level reporting.
  • Experience managing global project teams across multiple regions and coordinating complex workstreams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage granular project updates while maintaining delivery timelines.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-paced enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages and directs work across a program between multiple projects and teams in an organization.
  • Ensures the goals of the program are aligned with the goals of the organization.
  • Develops new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
  • Evaluates the program to assess strength and identify areas of improvement.
  • Analyzes and mitigates program risk.
  • Lead project management activities for a $100M+ enterprise SAP ERP Transformation Program.
  • Manage project governance, reporting, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication across teams in Europe and the Americas.
  • Coordinate a cross-functional team of 20+ resources, ensuring project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables remain on track while driving execution in a fast-paced transformation environment.
