Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented, and collaborative Director, Program Management amp; Organizational Effectiveness to support the U.S. leadership team in driving operational alignment, cross-functional coordination, and organizational effectiveness across the business.
This role is responsible for ensuring key initiatives, operational priorities, and organizational changes are effectively coordinated, communicated, and implemented across teams. A significant focus of the role will be partnering closely with the German headquarters team to support alignment, communication, execution, and adoption of HQ-led initiatives within the U.S. organization.
Based in Los Angeles, this role will work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and international stakeholders to improve operational execution, drive accountability, support change management efforts, and strengthen organizational communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management amp; Operational Execution
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives and operational projects across the organization, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, timelines, and follow-through.
  • Support execution of leadership priorities by helping teams stay aligned, organized, and focused on deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items, proactively identifying and resolving execution challenges.
  • Establish and maintain effective project management processes, tracking systems, reporting structures, and meeting cadences.
  • Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, materials management, meeting notes, status tracking, and follow-up actions.
  • Support operational planning, prioritization, and communication across departments and stakeholders.
  • Prepare executive presentations, updates, dashboards, and reporting materials for leadership and headquarters audiences.
Headquarters Coordination amp; Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as a key operational liaison between the U.S. business and German headquarters, helping ensure strong communication, alignment, and collaboration across teams.
  • Coordinate HQ-led initiatives, projects, operational changes, and process rollouts within the U.S. organization.
  • Build strong working relationships with HQ stakeholders, leadership teams, and cross-functional partners to facilitate effective collaboration and execution.
  • Help identify and resolve communication gaps, operational challenges, and coordination issues across teams and geographies.
  • Ensure consistent communication, reporting, and follow-through between U.S. leadership and headquarters stakeholders.
  • Support preparation and coordination of Executive Leadership and Board meetings, including agenda management, reporting consolidation, executive briefing materials, and action tracking.
Organizational Effectiveness amp; Change Management
  • Support organizational change initiatives by helping teams adapt to new processes, workflows, systems, and operational priorities.
  • Drive alignment and accountability across teams through structured communication, follow-up, and operational coordination.
  • Partner with department leaders to improve workflows, collaboration, communication processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Help develop and coordinate communication plans, training materials, enablement resources, and adoption strategies for organizational initiatives and process changes.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve scalability, and introduce process improvements and automation where appropriate.
  • Support implementation of operational frameworks, tools, and best practices to improve organizational effectiveness.
Internal Communication amp; Leadership Support
  • Support internal leadership communications, including town halls, organizational updates, leadership messaging, and company-wide announcements.
  • Help ensure priorities, operational updates, and organizational changes are communicated clearly, consistently, and effectively across teams.
  • Maintain centralized tracking and visibility of key initiatives, operational priorities, decisions, and action items.
  • Help reinforce accountability and alignment during periods of organizational change and business evolution.

Professional Experience amp; Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business operations, organizational effectiveness, project management, change management, or operational leadership roles.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced or operationally complex environments.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders and international organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in ticketing, software, technology, entertainment, media, or digital product-driven businesses is a plus.
  • Experience supporting EOS or similar operational management frameworks is desirable.
