You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT STAFF (N15) COMMAND SERVICES DEPARTMENT (N1) of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Supervisory skills and/or training, either in the Federal government or private sector; Leadership skills in order to lead a team in support of missions, functions, and tasks of an organization; Resource management skills such as budget development, planning, and execution; Organizational management planning, organizing, and directing the work activities of personnel and coordinating with others in the organization to meet program objectives; Experience in communicating orally, and in writing, specifically with high level personnel; Experience with Human Capital Management policies, guidance, and practices; Experience with Human Resources policy and guidance, and practices.
