Position Title: Cloud Technical Program Manager
Position Duties: Manage programs or projects for a defined product and/or service scope for customer contracts with medium or high risk probability. Plan customer projects and keep plans updated to reflect and anticipate changes by coordinating change management on all aspects affecting cost, scope, schedule and quality (CSSQ). Assure consistency among project financial, product and service forecast activities. Determine delivery approach alternatives and manage the selection of the final recommended approach to delivery. Manage customer relationships during delivery and serve as the primary interface towards customers in activities related to the own scope of the contract, including customer complaints, corrective actions, and changing requirements. Prepare clear and effective communication plans and ensure proactive communication of all relevant information to the customer and to all stakeholders. Monitor and ensure the project delivery within the approved budget, profitability forecast, and planned scope. Ensure data in all project-related tools and repositories is kept up-to-date and with high quality. Work may be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Work Location: 999 West Big Beaver Road Troy, MI 48084
Work Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
Minimum Qualifications: US Bachelors' degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering and three (3) years of experience as an Information Technology Project Management or Service Delivery Management professional.
Special Skill Requirements: Must have three (3) years of experience in each of the following: GSM, Fixed and TCP/IP Networks, Oracle, and Unix; incident management and escalation support for production systems; and root cause analysis for complex technical incidents.
