About this Role

Quanta Data Centers is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Office Manager to support a fast-paced team in Houston, TX. This role will serve as a key administrative and operational partner, providing executive support while helping manage day-to-day office operations, team coordination, meeting logistics, communications, and office needs.

The ideal candidate is adaptable, service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable supporting multiple priorities and stakeholders. This individual will play an important role in helping the team stay organized, connected, and operating efficiently while contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative office environment

What You'll Do
  • Support leaders and team members with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and help maintain an organized, professional office environment.
  • Coordinate team meetings, events, travel arrangements, internal activities, visitors, and external partner needs.
  • Help support onboarding logistics for new employees, visitors, and external partners as needed.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate communications, presentations, agendas, reports, and other business materials.
  • Assist with PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, executive support documents, and team updates.
  • Manage office logistics, including supplies, catering, conference room coordination, and vendor interaction.
  • Partner with internal teams to help coordinate priorities, schedules, and administrative needs.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Support leadership with administrative tasks and help anticipate operational needs.
  • Assist with special projects and team initiatives as assigned.
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience supporting leaders, teams, or office operations in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Professional presence with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting executive leaders or senior-level teams.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, travel, events, onboarding, or office logistics.
  • Experience creating or formatting presentations, reports, agendas, or leadership materials.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, engineering, data centers, or a project-based business environment.
