Summary
The Office Manager will provide administrative, facility, and security support to the team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced R&D engineering environment. The Office Manager will welcome guests, manage security records for visitors, perform and/or coordinate facility matters, and other project based work.
Responsibilities
  • Manage customer and visitor access by maintaining entry records, issuing badges, and monitoring security cameras and related systems to ensure a secure facility.
  • Coordinate and manage facility-related activities, requests, and corresponding records to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Oversee office organization and administrative coordination, including the planning, scheduling, and execution of meetings and events.
  • Serve as a key administrative resource, providing proactive support to executives and project teams as needed.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in office management, executive support, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with calendar management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Slack).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proactive problem solver with a high degree of initiative and adaptability.
Preferred Education / Experience:
  • Associates Degree in related discipline
  • 1+ year or;
  • A combination of education and experience equivalent to above
Preferred Knowledge / Ability:
  • General administration
  • Problem solving skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Work with all levels of positions in company
  • Handle confidential matters
  • Communicate effectively
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
