  • Implement performance tracking, reporting dashboards, and executive level briefings
  • Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and organizational standards
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PMO maturity and operational effectiveness
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging project management tools, frameworks, and methodologies
  • Represent the PMO in strategic planning sessions, executive decision making, and governance boards
  • Mentor and provide leadership to project managers and PMO staff, fostering professional development and best practices adoption
Professional Qualifications and Skills

  • 7–12 years of experience in IT project management, program management, or PMO leadership
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise level programs or modernization portfolios
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Trello
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team mentoring capabilities
  • Experience with program budgeting, financial management, and resource planning
  • Knowledge of federal IT governance frameworks and compliance standards
